English or Chinese is fine. Expect a reply within a few days rather than within the hour; this is a small independent site, not a business with staff on rotation.

The most useful message names three things: the page, the line you believe is wrong, and where the correct figure comes from. If you are standing in front of a ticket window and the sign says something different from this site, a photo of that sign is worth more than a paragraph of explanation.

Corrections change the page and the checked-on date on it. They do not get argued with: if the official source says the price moved, the page follows the source, even when the date on the page has to jump forward and the old number disappears.

Where a fact cannot be confirmed at all, it gets removed rather than guessed, which is why some pages deliberately have gaps. A missing number costs you a search; a wrong one costs you a morning and a taxi.

The site has no accounts and no newsletter, so the only personal data it can hold about you is whatever you put in an email to this address. Ask and it will be deleted, or sent back to you in full.

The privacy policy sets out exactly what is processed when you merely read a page — hosting logs and a handful of third-party requests — and what is not.
